first pic edited with a new color pop I am working on….
second-my old vintage preset
a little storyboard fun…..

my old vintage

had a fun shoot today with g……working on a new preset–kind of vintagy’ and would love to hear your thoughts on it as I am trying to tweak it…..
Also, been working on templates for cmas—having a blast doing that.
loves, loves, loves her blankie! it goes everywhere—-car, airports, trips……
hoping we don’t ever lose it —-and it is special as it was my sweet nieces’ when they were little..
working on a new black and white in Lightroom—used it on the last pic–thoughts??
this is what it did today……
took these back in our old house–but haven’t posted them—I just like g’s eyes peeping over the umbrella in this last one…
speaking of seasons—we are definitely in one:
a season of change for sure…
so many emails to return—I am getting on it if you are waiting for one…just waiting for that feeling of ‘settled’ to set in……
okay, i know these pics aren’t the greatest of the Amish–b/c I took them while we were driving in the car–not very steady–but, Jason really wanted the pic of the man working the fields. Edited it in LR. I am loving that program!
here’s my attempt to play with shutter speeds….
I usually always shoot in AP mode–(esp with the little ones)–but wanted to try to freeze the windmill and then make it look like it was in motion….it’s so nice playing with digital where you can see right away if you ‘got it.’
Her lip however, was not. We ended up going to Urgent Care and she had to get 2 stitches on the inside of her lip. Jason helped hold her down and we got many ‘looks’ from the people in the waiting room as we left–as they had witnessed our poor girl screaming from w/in the room.
Poor baby.
Thankfully, she is fine. Her lip is swollen and a bit bruised on the outside–but, look at her still smiling. She is amazingly resilient. She also touches some of the deepest parts of my heart–and I am just so thankful for her. gosh i love this girl. what a blessing.
