Unfortunately, I have seen my designs on more than a couple card making companies in the past month—Just a reminder that I DO NOT sell to Card making Companies LARGE OR SMALL. Please read my TOU carefully and respect my work.
It is so frustrating seeing my work used in a way that violates the copyright and terms of use.
My TOU that you agree to before you purchase my designs copied and pasted:
“TOU: Limited Commercial and Personal Use ONLY. Absolutely no sharing, selling or taking bits and pieces and reselling. You may use my designs as a Professional Photographer to sell finished products–(cards, announcements, albums, etc)–to your clients with YOUR images as jpegs.
*I DO NOT sell to Card Making Companies large or small. *I DO NOT sell to Template Designers. Web designers, you may not use my products and designs for commercial use. Digital Scrapbookers, you may NOT take my templates and designs and resell them in the scrapbooking market. By purchasing my designs, you agree to my TOU. Email me with any questions.”And in the Word document included with all my designs:
The Fine Print:
Templates are to be used by photographers for personal or professional use. Do not re-sell these templates as your own.—(that’s called stealing.) Also, do not take bits and pieces of my product and try to make it your own and resell—(again stealing). And one more, templates are not to be shared—(again…..stealing). Thank you for your integrity!
